This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through merenis.com, operated by MERENIS. For any shipping-related questions, please contact us at support@merenis.com.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If an item is unavailable or there is an issue while preparing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

2. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times

We currently ship across Australia.

The following shipping method is available:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within Australia.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@merenis.com.

5. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@merenis.com as soon as possible.

We can attempt to update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is in transit, the shipping address generally cannot be changed.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the recipient, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us at support@merenis.com so we can investigate the shipment.

Please include your order number and tracking number when contacting us.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

Where a replacement is provided due to a confirmed lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect order, MERENIS will cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your package when it arrives.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please take photographs of the package and shipping label before opening it whenever possible.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@merenis.com.

Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered under our 30-day return policy, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched.

Please contact us at support@merenis.com as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation or modification.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it. Once the order is delivered, any eligible return must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our shipping practices, delivery areas, carriers, or other operational requirements.

Any changes will take effect when the updated policy is published on merenis.com.
